Flowserve US Inc. seeks a Senior Nuclear Quality Engineer to lead the site's Nuclear Quality Management System and audit programs, collaborating with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.

The role involves coordinating quality processes for orders, overseeing supplier performance, and guiding problem-solving sessions across functions, including RCA/CA/PA and ISO/NQA-1 aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering field.
• 5 years’ experience leading or working in a nuclear quality program meeting ASME BPVC, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and ASME NQA-1, plus ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 19443.
• Knowledge of ASME BPVC, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, 10 CFR 21, and ASME NQA-1.
• Skilled in Team Oriented Problem Solving (RCA/CA/PA).
• NQA-1 Lead Auditor experience.

Responsabilités

• Support Nuclear Quality Management System at the site.
• Lead Nuclear audit programs (external, supplier, internal).
• Collaborate with functional areas to ensure Nuclear Quality compliance.
• Coach problem solving related to Nuclear business (RCA/CA/PA).
• Manage Nuclear AVL with Supplier Quality teams.
