Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a QA Engineer to support quality control programs across manufacturing, customer sites, and supplier facilities. You will translate customer specs into product criteria and create control plans.

You will lead data analysis, drive root-cause corrective actions, and participate in CIP events to raise product quality and process efficiency. This is a full-time role requiring collaboration with multiple departments and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering with Lean and Six Sigma methods.
• Understanding of product/process flow and quality systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with production to plan and execute inbound and production checks.
• Manage relations with customers or third party inspectors.
• Participate in external supplier quality testing and audits.
• Monitor KPIs and drive root cause corrective actions to meet targets.
• Create awareness of quality improvement opportunities in leadership.
• Collaborate across departments to resolve QC issues and close documentation.
