Job summary

Best Pump and Flow is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to ensure products meet internal and external requirements and customer expectations. The QA Manager will oversee manufacturing, sales operations, and coordinate activities to maintain a robust QA system, advising on changes, providing training, and enabling teams to achieve quality.

Qualifications

• BS in Technical Field or equivalent QA experience with ISO 9000.
• 5+ years of Manufacturing Experience.
• Knowledge of customer service principles; evaluate satisfaction.
• Sensitive to confidential information.
• Independent and team player.

Responsibilities

• Ensure metrology and records traceability to NIST where applicable.
• Collaborate with production managers to resolve quality issues.
• Facilitate MRB meetings for disposition of discrepant parts.
• Oversee Quality Control Inspector and product inspection quality.
• Maintain training and records: training, qualifications, records, and audits.
• Communicate clearly within MRB about quality policies and status.
• Manage HR functions: hiring, training, scheduling, grievances, performance.
