Job summary

Cognizant is seeking an experienced QNXT Technical Manager to lead technical delivery for healthcare payer solutions, guiding teams through implementation, integration, and ongoing optimization.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration with client stakeholders, architects, and operations leaders to ensure scalable, high-performing systems, while mentoring consultants and enforcing best practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare payer technology or consulting.
• 5+ years hands-on QNXT technical experience.
• Proven leadership of technical consulting engagements.
• Strong SQL and database analysis skills.
• Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 834, 820, 27X).
• Knowledge of QNXT schema, architecture, data structures.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QNXT consulting engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules.
• Drive root-cause analysis for production issues.
• Oversee release management and environment governance.
• Mentor technical consultants and promote best practices.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and compliance.
