Job summary
Cognizant is seeking a QNXT Technical Manager (Remote, US) to lead technical delivery, governance, and optimization of QNXT-based healthcare payer solutions. You will partner with client stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and operations leaders to ensure stable, scalable, and high-performing systems.
You will mentor technical consultants, manage releases and environments, and drive root-cause analysis for production issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in CS/IT/Healthcare or related field.
- 8+ years of healthcare payer technology, consulting, implementation, or production support.
- 5+ years of hands-on QNXT technical experience supporting payer operations.
- Strong expertise with QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, WFE, Batch Processing and System Integrations.
- Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions including 837, 834, 820, and 27X.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
- Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules and integrations.
- Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues affecting claims processing and operations.
- Oversee release management, environment governance, and production support activities.
- Lead, mentor, and develop technical consultants while promoting best practices.
