Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a QNXT Technical Manager for a remote role in the United States. You will lead technical delivery, governance, and optimization of QNXT-based healthcare payer solutions, partnering with clients, delivery teams, architects, and operations leaders to ensure stable and scalable systems.

You will mentor technical consultants, oversee release management, and drive improvements across Claims, Benefits, and Integrations while handling risks and compliance for successful project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of healthcare payer technology, consulting, implementation, or production support experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on QNXT technical experience.
• Strong expertise with QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, Workflow Engine, Batch Processing, and System Integrations.
• Experience supporting HIPAA EDI transactions incl. 837, 834, 820, 27X.
• Advanced SQL and database analysis skills; troubleshooting complex production issues.
• Deep understanding of QNXT Schema, architecture, data structures, and system dependencies.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, enhancement, and support engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT Claims, Benefits Configuration, Workflow Engine, Batch Processing, and Integrations.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues impacting claims processing, membership, provider, and benefit operations.
• Oversee release management, environment governance, technical change management, and production support activities.
• Partner with client business and IT teams to design scalable solutions that align with objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop technical consultants while promoting QNXT best practices and quality standards.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and compliance requirements to ensure successful project delivery.
