Cognizant is seeking a QNXT Technical Manager distributed across the United States to lead technical delivery for healthcare payer solutions. You will oversee QNXT modules, drive issue resolution, and guide architecture choices with client teams and operations leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, information technology, healthcare administration, or related field.
• 8+ years in healthcare payer technology, consulting, implementation, or production support.
• 5+ years hands-on QNXT technical experience in payer operations.
• Strong expertise in QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, WFE, Batch Processing, and Integrations.
• Experience supporting HIPAA EDI transactions (837, 834, 820, 27X).
• Advanced SQL and database analysis skills; able to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Deep understanding of QNXT Schema, architecture, data structures, and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, and support engagements.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules and integrations.
• Drive root cause analysis and resolve complex production issues affecting claims and operations.
• Oversee release management, environment governance, and change control.
• Partner with client teams to design scalable, objective-aligned solutions.
• Mentor technical consultants and promote best practices and continuous improvement.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and compliance for successful delivery.
