Job summary

Cognizant is seeking a QNXT Technical Manager to lead technical delivery and governance for healthcare payer solutions in a remote US setting. You’ll work with client stakeholders, delivery teams, architects, and operations to ensure scalable, high-performing QNXT-based systems.

You will guide end-to-end delivery across Claims, Benefits, WFE, and integrations, mentor consultants, and manage release and change processes while addressing risks and compliance requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in healthcare payer technology, consulting, implementation, or production support.
• 5+ years hands-on QNXT technical experience in payer operations.
• Strong expertise with QNXT Claims Processing, Benefits Configuration, WFE, Batch Processing, and Integrations.
• Experience with HIPAA EDI transactions (837/834/820/27X).
• Advanced SQL and database analysis skills; able to troubleshoot complex production issues.
• Deep knowledge of QNXT Schema, architecture, data structures, and dependencies.
• Experience leading technical teams and client-facing engagements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical delivery for QNXT consulting, implementation, enhancement, and support.
• Provide technical leadership across QNXT modules and integrations.
• Drive root-cause analysis and resolution of complex production issues.
• Oversee release management, environment governance, and production support.
• Collaborate with client teams to design scalable, aligned solutions.
• Mentor and develop consultants; uphold QNXT best practices and quality.
• Manage technical risks, dependencies, and compliance for delivery.
