Job summary

You will develop training, oversee investigations, and collaborate with Production to ensure timely, compliant product release. This role demands a strong science background and leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in science with chemistry/biology or related hard science.
• 3+ years in a laboratory or pharmaceutical setting.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and reporting.
• Understanding of cGMP and regulatory concepts.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule analytical testing in QC laboratory with Production teams.
• Approve analytical test results prior to release.
• Oversee analysts' training and compliance with procedures.
• Maintain training documentation and safety programs.
• Lead investigations for nonconforming results and implement corrective actions.
• Design and lead studies to troubleshoot product or process issues.
• Communicate results to internal/external stakeholders and propose solutions.
