Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Trackwise and MasterControl.
• Leadership/supervisory experience in regulated environments considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct compliance oversight in a manufacturing environment.
• Perform compliance tasks including deviations, investigations, EMIRs/EDRs, and SOP/SLA adherence.
• Coach and onboard Compliance Specialists; escalate issues and ensure timely completion.
