Job summary

Jubilant HollisterStier LLC in Spokane, WA is seeking a Supervisor II, Compliance & Oversight to lead real-time QA oversight of GMP operations during process execution. You will supervise QA staff, monitor batch records, audits, and risk, and drive continuous improvement for site quality.

The role requires 4+ years supervisory experience in a FDA-regulated setting, deep cGMP knowledge, and strong leadership. This on-site position includes day-one benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 7 years related experience in lieu.
• 4+ years of supervisory experience in FDA-regulated environments.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP and GDP regulations.
• Experience overseeing on-the-floor batch record reviews and area audits.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop QA Oversight personnel.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Compliance & Oversight personnel responsible for real-time QA oversight of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, and lab operations.
• Manage daily oversight activities to ensure quality presence and effective on-the-floor oversight during process execution.
• Establish performance expectations, training plans, and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Provide coaching and guidance on GMP requirements, quality risk identification, and decision-making.
• Identify, communicate, and escalate quality events, deviations, risks, and operational concerns.
• Monitor effectiveness of oversight activities and drive corrective actions and improvements.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Packaging, Warehouse, Engineering, Validation, QC, and other departments to promote compliance.
