Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required; Associates considered with 7 years related experience.
• 4 years’ experience required with supervisory/lead experience; pharmaceutical and FDA regulated industry experience required.
• Expert knowledge of cGMP regulations, GDP requirements, and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Experience overseeing on-the-floor batch record review, process monitoring, area audits, and quality risk identification.
• Strong problem-solving skills to assess quality events, determine impact, and drive escalation and resolution.
• Ability to identify compliance trends, evaluate operational risks, and implement corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Compliance & Oversight personnel for real-time QA oversight of manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, laboratory, and support operations.
• Manage daily oversight activities to ensure quality presence and effective execution of on-the-floor oversight.
• Set performance expectations, training plans, and development opportunities for direct reports.
• Provide coaching, mentoring, and technical guidance on GMP requirements, quality risk, and decision-making.
• Offer real-time quality support and problem-solving for operational events and escalation.
