Job summary

The candidate will coordinate testing, review results, and collaborate with Production Planning and Manufacturing to ensure timely releases and continuous improvement in lab processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Biology or related hard science.
• 3 years’ related laboratory or pharmaceutical experience.
• Knowledge of chemistry, statistics, and data processing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule analytical testing in the Quality Control Laboratory.
• Approve analytical test results prior to release from the laboratory.
• Oversee training and maintain training compliance for staff.
• Manage safety, cGMP, and regulatory documentation and investigations.
• Supervise analysts and support performance management and feedback.
• Design and lead studies to troubleshoot product or procedures.
• Communicate results and incidents with clients and stakeholders.
