Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work‑related experience in quality assurance, software testing, or related technical field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance or software testing roles.
• Proficiency with advanced testing methodologies, automated testing tools, defect tracking systems, and quality management frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develops complex test plans using advanced testing methodologies to validate system functionality.
• Leads audits and testing activities to identify defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborates with engineering and development teams to implement process improvements in QA practices.
• Documents, communicates, and tracks test results and issues, ensuring timely resolution and transparency.
• Provides expert technical guidance and mentorship to QA teams and contributors.
• Reviews and enhances QA frameworks, tools, and processes to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational quality standards.
• Leads cross‑functional initiatives to integrate QA best practices across the technology lifecycle.
• Influences quality objectives and contributes to strategic planning for QA functions.
