Job summary

Campbell Soup Company is seeking a Senior Technician - QA to drive quality assurance in our New Jersey facility. You will manage regulatory compliance, HACCP/FSP plans, sanitation, and product traceability, while leading training and Alchemy programs for R&D operations.

You will plan plant activities using eMaint, review CAPAs, and support third-party and regulatory audits. Strong QA background and experience with FSMA, GMP, and canning processes are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• BS in Food Science is a nice-to-have.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with BS or 8 years in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and FSMA guidelines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily QA documentation review and ensure product safety and quality throughout manufacturing.
• Support third-party and regulatory audits with compliant policies and training.
• Administer eMaint site and manage planning for site activities.
• Oversee EMP and Alchemy programs and related quality training.
• Lead CAPA investigations and ensure timely corrective actions.
• Support plant safety initiatives and GMP compliance.
