Job summary

AAA The Auto Club Group is seeking a QA Manager to define the quality and release strategy across multiple applications. You will lead contracted QA analysts, guide test analysis and execution, and own testing strategy throughout the SDLC in a remote-capable environment.

Responsibilities include managing end-to-end testing, coordinating with program managers, and ensuring high-quality delivery while maintaining QA standards and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related technical field.
• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience in developing and documenting business requirements and reviewing technical design documents.

Responsibilities

• Define and oversee test strategy across SDLC.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA analysts.
• Manage testing plans, approaches, and automation strategies.
• Ensure QA activities meet functional and non-functional requirements.
• Oversee defects, risk management, and release readiness across tracks.
