Qualifications

• 5+ years in Quality Assurance and User Acceptance Testing.
• Experience with business requirements and technical design documents.
• Ability to develop test cases from requirements and designs.

Responsibilities

• Govern QA delivery across tracks with test plans, estimates and schedules.
• Lead and mentor a team of QA consultants; manage SLAs and quality.
• Apply QA standards, entry/exit criteria and quality gates.
• Expand automation coverage and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Governing AI-assisted testing and KPI measurement.
