Job summary

CTI and Associates, Inc. in Richland, WA, is seeking a Quality Specialist III to support landfill management, inspections, and QA/QC activities under CPCCo for ERDF and IDF.

The role focuses on implementing the QA program, conducting field observations, and ensuring documentation compliance. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental engineering or related field and 4+ years in construction QA/QC or related areas; DOE site experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil/Environmental engineering/technology, Construction Management, Geology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of experience in Construction QA/QC, Construction Management, or related field.
• DOE site experience is required.

Responsibilities

• QA surveillances, assessments, audits, and reviews to ensure QA Program compliance.
• Develop and approve documents implementing QA requirements in project work.
• Perform field inspection and oversight of activities with level II inspection disciplines.
• Provide QA/QC guidance and problem-solving to resolve quality issues.
• Contract and contractor oversight and material conformity verification.
• Document inspections, address non-conformances, and manage inspections scheduling.
