Job summary

Navarro Research and Engineering is seeking a QA/QC Professional in Las Vegas, NV to represent the subcontractor on all quality matters and implement the approved Quality Assurance Plan. The role requires seven years of QA/QC experience and certifications (ACI Field-Testing Tech I, CQI, CQM-C) with emphasis on testing, documentation, and nonconformance handling.

Qualifications

• At least seven years of QA/QC experience.
• Certifications listed are mandatory.
• US citizenship is required.
• Familiarity with U.S. Gypsum Association five levels of finish is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Represent the Subcontractor on QA/QC matters and serve as the primary point of coordination for QA/QC activities.
• Implement and maintain the project Quality Assurance Plan in accordance with contract requirements.
• Oversee, coordinate, and document required testing and inspections to verify compliance with quality requirements.
• Manage quality documentation and records to support traceability, completeness, and contract compliance.
• Administer nonconformance processes, including identification, documentation, tracking, coordination, and disposition of quality issues.
• Apply knowledge of the U.S. Gypsum Association five levels of finish when evaluating applicable work.
• Support and evaluate hygrometer and moisture testing activities as required.
