The successful candidate will review requirements, evaluate field installations, document findings, and work with project teams to drive issues toward resolution while reading drawings and specs and leveraging Procore.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction QA/QC experience.
• Ability to read drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.
• Experience with Procore or similar CM software.
• Willingness to travel between project locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform QA/QC inspections and quality audits across projects.
• Read and interpret construction drawings, specs, shop drawings, and submittals.
• Verify field installations against drawings, specs, codes, and standards.
• Document inspections, observations, photos, and corrective actions.
• Coordinate inspections and testing with project teams and inspectors.
• Assist with commissioning, turnover, and quality records.
