ASRC Industrial (AIS) AIS Infrastructure is seeking an Assistant Quality Control Manager for a large heavy civil project stretching across Wellton, AZ, Lukeville, AZ, and the connecting corridor. You will assist the Quality Control Manager, review designs and submittals, and help implement QA/QC protocols in the field while coordinating with project teams and clients.

• At least 5 years of experience with construction quality control.
• 2-3 years with heavy civil construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Quality Control Manager across all aspects of projects.
• Review construction and design documents.
• Implement QA/QC protocol during construction via submittals, RFIs, inspections, and testing in the field.
• Enforce compliance with quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors and apply field supervision skills.
• Maintain documentation and reports.
• Coordinate with PMs, contractors, and clients to resolve quality issues.
