Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field.
• Minimum five years' experience bridging field and engineering QA/QC.
• Strong computer skills and familiarity with MS Office.
• Knowledge of contract documents, codes and project management software.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the project QA/QC plan and procedures.
• Coordinate QC with safety and other project plans.
• Perform testing, inspections, and coordinate third-party testing.
• Document non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are completed.
• Produce and manage daily construction reports and punch lists.
• Maintain relationships with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with ethics, contracts, and project schedules.
• Lead continuous improvement of QA/QC processes throughout the project.
