Turner Construction Company is seeking a Quality Assurance - Quality Control Manager for mission-critical projects to lead the project-specific QA/QC Plan development and its implementation across the project team, owner/architect, and contract documents.

The role involves supervising QA/QC staff, ensuring ethics/compliance, managing documentation, and coordinating inspections and tests with vendors and third parties.

Competenze

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of five years' experience or equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience.
• Knowledge of the construction process, means and methods, and materials, their characteristics, installation procedures and tolerances.
• Strong computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Turner's project management software and leadership skills.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills are required.

Mansioni

• Plan, coordinate, and develop the project-specific QA/QC Plan with the project team and contract documents.
• Manage, supervise, and administer the QA/QC Plan and QA/QC staff.
• Lead, supervise and develop all Turner QA/QC staff and participate in performance appraisals.
• Ensure compliance with ethics and contract requirements at all times.
• Conduct testing and inspections and arrange third-party testing; analyze results.
• Direct removal/replacement of non-compliant materials/workmanship and document corrective actions.
• Research and apply QA/QC and Lean procedures to improve project delivery.
• Oversee project close-out and quality reports.
