Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking a Quality Assurance - Quality Control Manager for mission critical projects. You will plan, coordinate and develop the project-specific QA/QC Plan, lead the QA/QC staff and ensure full compliance with contract documents.

Reports to the Project Manager or Project Executive. You will manage staff, ensure ethics, oversee documentation, RFIs, submittals and testing, and coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and vendors to deliver a compliant project

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus five years' construction experience or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, means and methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; leadership ability.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and develop project QA/QC plan.
• Lead QA/QC staff and ensure plan compliance.
• Coordinate with owners, architects, consultants and subcontractors.
• Ensure adherence to ethics and contract requirements.
• Manage documentation, RFIs, submittals and testing.
• Oversee project close-out and quality reporting.
