Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced QA/QC professional to implement and manage the project-specific QA/QC plan on a Lebanon, IN project. You will coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to ensure compliance with contract documents.

The role requires developing procedures, managing RFIs and submittals, and leading inspections and documentation to support project delivery and compliance with ethics and safety plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with at least five years of experience in construction QA/QC or related field.
• Strong knowledge of contract documents, codes and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to coordinate with owners, architects and subs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the project QA/QC plan with defined scopes and procedures.
• Plan, monitor, document and report compliance with contract documents.
• Coordinate QA/QC activities with safety and project teams.
• Manage RFIs, submittals, non-conforming items, and change orders within budget.
• Perform tests/inspections and arrange third-party testing as needed.
• Lead documentation, DCRs and punch lists; ensure full project compliance.
