Job summary

Diversified is seeking a Senior Manager - Quality Assurance for ESS Project Services in the Sterling, VA area. This role emphasizes collaboration, mentorship, and enforcing standards to maximize team potential and project success.

You will lead QA efforts, ensure onsite performance, and drive continuous process improvements while aligning with client needs and business unit goals. The role requires strong leadership, safety, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in commercial construction trades and settings.
• 3+ years’ experience with Electronic Security Systems (ESS).
• Proficient in MS tools such as Excel, Word, etc.
• Demonstrated leadership skills to set the tone at job sites.
• Proficient planning abilities for pre-installation preparations and materials coordination.

Responsibilities

• Training – Termination, mechanical, client interface and other aspects of Diversified installation standards.
• First point of escalation for Field Issues.
• Verification and enforcement for onsite performance and productivity standards, providing feedback for reviews and training plans.
• Conduct QAQC reports for projects on a monthly basis, and discuss the report in follow-up project meetings to assign tasks to team members on outstanding deliverables.
• Provide onsite support for integration issues.
• Adheres to Standards and Governance in development and deployment for Installation processes.
• Assist in developing growth plans for both process and delivery staff to help ensure long-term success.
• Helps develop and ensures compliance in Quality Assurance program.
• Responsible for site activities related to Safety, Quality Control, and ISO fulfillment.
• Provide scissor lift/boom lift/fall protection training to the appropriate staff that need them.
• Final verification of preparedness for site activities.
• Site Surveys for projects and sales support.
• Site verification for commissioning readiness.
• Collaborates with relevant team representatives to focus effort and further streamline activities throughout the project life cycle.
• Onsite point for customer escalation and the face of Diversified during the implementation phase.
• Oversight of employee's subcontractors at any given time.
• Review, analyze, and make key decisions that positively impact the project within budgetary constraints.
• Review, produce, and inspect reporting standards for compliance and consistency.
• Mentorship and team building.
• Instruct/advise on Diversified Academy activities.
• All other duties as assigned.
