Job summary

EDSI seeks a Quality Assurance Manager to lead program staff, assure data integrity and drive QA processes across contracts. You will oversee data processing, reporting, and continuous improvement of workflow.

Strong leadership and collaboration with management are essential to achieve performance benchmarks. The role requires experience in data management, QA audits, and producing reliable performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least three years of professional experience, including one year in leadership or supervision.
• Experience in a team-oriented environment and data-driven work.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Strong organizational, time management and attention to detail.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to program staff and ensure data integrity.
• Oversee data processing, QA procedures and reporting to meet benchmarks.
• Lead QA staff development and optimize resource use for goals.
• Serve as primary contact for contracted database services and maintenance.
• Analyze performance and prepare internal and agency reports; develop improvements.
• Enter, edit and reconcile data; ensure timely reporting of activities.
• Facilitate QA meetings and support program performance tracking.
