Job summary

Viridan Group is seeking a senior quality leader for its Data Center and Mission Critical construction programs. The role drives the Project Quality Management System and Construction Quality Plan, guiding QA/QC across engineering, procurement, construction and turnover.

You will manage the discipline quality team, coordinate audits, NCR/CAPA processes, and elevate systemic risks to the Project QCx Manager.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quality-related field.
10+ years in project quality assurance/control for complex EPC or design-build construction.
5+ years leading quality teams.
Experience in data center or mission-critical construction across multiple disciplines.
Ownership of project quality plans, audits, ITPs, NCR/CAPA, subcontractor quality and turnover records.
Preferred auditor certification and quality credentials such as ASQ or CQE.

Responsibilities

Lead implementation of the Project Quality Management System and Construction Quality Plan across engineering, procurement, construction and turnover.
Manage the discipline quality team and establish risk-based assurance and control activities.
Provide independent visibility of compliance, nonconformities and readiness to the Project QCx Manager.
Partner with project delivery teams to prevent defects while retaining authority to reject nonconforming work and elevate systemic risk.
Direct reports include Project Quality Engineers onsite, Quality Inspectors and specialists.
