Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial construction trades and ESS.
• Proficient in MS tools such as Excel and Word.
• Demonstrated leadership to set the tone at job sites.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Training on Diversified installation standards and safety practices.
• First point of escalation for field issues.
• Enforce onsite performance and productivity standards.
• Prepare and discuss QAQC reports monthly with project teams.
• Provide onsite support for integration issues.
• Mentor and develop team members; drive cross-functional improvements.
• Oversee safety, quality control, and ISO compliance on sites.
• Coordinate site surveys and commissioning readiness.
• Collaborate with project stakeholders to streamline activities.
