Job summary

Amcor Limited in the United States is seeking a senior Quality Manager to lead the plant's quality program and ensure products meet ARP and customer standards. You will supervise inspections, laboratory testing, audits, and process control in a high-complexity plant.

The role requires extensive quality management experience in plastics/packaging, strong knowledge of SPC, FSMA, HACCP, GMP, and a talent for driving improvements with corporate guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelors’ Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field.
• Professional Accreditation in Quality Engineering.
• Professional development such as Six Sigma or related societies.

Responsibilities

• Own, implement, and maintain Amcor Quality Management System at plant level.
• Lead inspection, lab testing, auditing, and SPC programs.
• Drive continuous improvement and corrective actions.
• Coordinate internal quality audits and supplier materials inspection.
• Manage a team, mentoring and performance management.
• Travel up to 15%.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Quality, Engineering, or related field
