Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Quality Manager to lead plant quality systems and drive continuous improvement at our Indiana facility. You will oversee GMP, HACCP, and regulatory compliance across food, medical, and packaging products, guiding corrective actions and customer-focused quality initiatives.

As a key member of the plant leadership team, you will manage calibration, data analysis, and CAPA activities, ensuring a safe, compliant, and efficient operation in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in science or engineering required.
• Extensive knowledge of food safety and quality systems standards.
• Experience implementing and maintaining quality systems in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements for medical, pharmaceutical and food packaging.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality systems to meet regulatory standards.
• Lead root cause investigations and CAPA processes.
• Manage plant quality audits and customer inquiries.
• Oversee lab and test equipment calibration and maintenance.
• Lead the quality team and drive continuous improvement.
