Job summary

LRS Federal is seeking a meticulous Construction QA Manager to oversee the QA program for a federal HVAC and electrical upgrade project in Vermont. The role requires ensuring contractor work meets GSA guidelines and federal specs, with regular on-site oversight.

You will manage QA plans, inspect on-site work, review submittals, NCRs, and compile daily to monthly reports for PBS. Prior DB experience and GSA PBS familiarity are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC management on federal construction projects with HVAC overhauls and electrical upgrades.
• Direct QA on Design-Build contracts valued over $15M.
• Experience enforcing quality on GSA PBS projects and familiarity with PBS standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee QA Plan development and conduct on-site inspections.
• Monitor compliance for envelope, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Review submittals, RFIs, and ensure alignment with specifications.
• Log NCRs and coordinate corrective actions with the design-build team.
• Produce daily to monthly QA reports for PBS.
