Job summary

Bodwé Group, in Laurel, MD, is seeking an experienced QA Inspector to ensure the contractor implements an effective Quality Control program for construction and facility engineering operations at the James J. Rowley Training Center, the Secret Service facility in Laurel, MD.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a technical field and 10+ years’ federal construction PM experience, with strong scheduling, contract administration, and cross‑agency coordination skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of federal construction project management experience.
• Experience managing construction projects through planning, execution and closeout.
• Knowledge of construction management, scheduling, and contract administration.
• Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and project teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Government security clearance(s).
• Must have or be able to obtain Real ID or Passport for travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day project management support for assigned construction and facility engineering projects.
• Support COR and senior project leadership in contract execution.
• Coordinate with Government stakeholders, contractors, subcontractors, and facility personnel.
• Review schedules, drawings, and submittals for conformance.
• Monitor progress to align with scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
• Identify issues and support development of practical solutions.
• Assist with SOWs, cost estimates, and contract modifications.
• Support acquisition activities and site visits.
