Job summary

LRS Federal is seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee a Federal building HVAC and electrical upgrade under a design-build framework. This role requires coordinating with federal stakeholders, design-build contractors, and our corporate team to ensure schedule, cost, and quality align with federal guidelines.

Candidates should have at least five years managing complex federal construction, a PMP or CCM certification, and proven DB contract delivery over $15 million,

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years of federal construction project management experience.
• Active PM Certification (PMP or CCM) from an accredited organization.
• Proven Design-Build contract delivery experience on contracts $15M+.
• Explicit history managing GSA projects and familiarity with GSA PBS Core Building Standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day construction observation and contract management as the Construction Manager Advisor.
• Monitor critical path items including exterior envelope repairs, window replacements, and HVAC/electrical upgrades.
• Lead cost estimation reviews, value engineering, and schedule management to keep the project within scope.
• Facilitate communication, status reporting, and change-order management between GSA PBS and the design-build contractor.
• Ensure work adheres to federal specifications, safety, and environmental requirements.
