Job summary

Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced On Site Construction QA/QC Project Manager to lead and oversee the construction activities and review the quality aspects of complex construction/renovation projects in northern Vermont. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of excellence in QA/QC and on-site project management within the construction industry.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
• Preferred certifications include OSHA 30, CCM, or PMP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction efforts and report progress.
• Manage contracts and budgets to align with cost budgets.
• Develop detailed project plans with scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Ensure health and safety through site inspections and audits.
• Review drawings for constructability and provide input early.
• Coordinate monthly, daily, and event reporting for the construction team.
• Lead multidisciplinary project teams including subcontractors and vendors.
