The role focuses on strategic QA leadership, calibration, metrics, and actionable recommendations, with responsibility for audits, coaching, and program development across multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/healthcare administration or related field.
• 7+ years in quality assurance or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years in leadership or people management.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA programs across Dental Shared Services and multiple operations.
• Establish audit procedures, sampling, and reporting aligned with requirements.
• Coach and develop QA leaders to balance workload and performance.
• Analyze quality results and identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and training updates.
• Manage client audits and regulatory inquiries with timely responses.
• Coordinate quality support for internal and external audits; prepare evidence and manage findings.
• Drive quality improvements including automation and AWS-related initiatives.
• Assess staffing needs and allocate resources for coverage and cost efficiency.
• Represent QA in cross-functional forums and transformation projects.
