Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Manager of Quality Assurance within Dental Shared Services to lead QA programs across multiple operations, ensuring audits, calibration, and continuous improvement.

You will partner with Operations, Compliance, Training, and BPO vendors to strengthen controls, address risk, and improve member and provider outcomes. The role requires 7+ years in QA/healthcare ops, 3+ years of leadership, and a Bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years progressive experience in quality assurance or healthcare operations.
• 3+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience with regulated healthcare programs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of QA programs.
• Establish audit procedures, sampling, standards, calibration, and reporting.
• Lead and develop QA leaders and professionals; set expectations and accountability.
• Analyze quality data to identify root causes and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, Training, and Technology to drive corrective actions.
• Coordinate client audits, documentation, and remediation tracking.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives including automation and analytics.
