You will guide quality monitoring, audits, calibration, reporting, and improvements across operations, partnering with Operations, Compliance, Training, Workforce Management, Client Engagement, Technology, and BPO teams to strengthen controls and outcomes. The role emphasizes coaching QA leaders, analyzing results, and driving corrective actions and technology-enabled improvements,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, dental operations, contact center operations, claims, compliance, or related business operations.
• 3+ years of leadership/people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA programs across Dental Shared Services and supported operations.
• Establish audit procedures, sampling, quality standards, calibration, and reporting.
