Job summary

Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Sr. Manager, Quality Assurance to lead QA programs across Dental Shared Services, including Contact Center, Claims, and Vision operations.

You will drive audits, calibration, and continuous improvement while partnering with Operations, Compliance, Training, and Technology to strengthen controls and reduce risk. The role requires 7+ years in quality assurance and 3+ years in leadership, with a bachelor’s degree and strong data analysis skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Seven+ years of progressive quality assurance or healthcare operations experience.
• Three+ years in leadership or people management.
• Experience with government, Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, or regulated programs preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day QA programs across Dental Shared Services and multiple ops functions.
• Establish audit procedures, sampling, quality standards, calibration and reporting.
• Coach and develop quality leaders; manage workloads and performance.
• Analyze results to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
• Develop corrective actions with cross-functional partners and track outcomes.
• Coordinate client audits, evidence, and remediation closures.
