Sun Life U.S. is seeking a Senior Manager of Quality Assurance within Dental Shared Services, based in a hybrid Hartford, CT setting.

The role leads the quality assurance function, ensuring consistent monitoring, audits, calibration, reporting, and improvement across operations. You will manage QA teams, translate performance data into actionable recommendations, and partner with Operations, Compliance, Training, and Technology to strengthen controls and drive improved member, provider, client,

Competenze

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Seven or more years of progressive experience in quality assurance, healthcare operations, dental operations, contact center operations, claims, compliance, or related business operations.
Three or more years of leadership or people management experience, preferably in a quality assurance, operations, or shared services environment.

Mansioni

Oversee day-to-day QA programs across Dental Shared Services, including Contact Center, Claims, and Vision operations.
Establish and maintain audit procedures, sampling approaches, quality standards, calibration routines, and reporting practices.
Lead, coach, and develop quality leaders and professionals with clear expectations and accountability.
Analyze quality results and trends to identify root causes and improvement opportunities.
Collaborate with Operations, Training, Workforce Management, Compliance, Client Engagement, Technology, and BPO leadership to implement corrective actions.
Coordinate client audits and regulatory inquiries with timely responses.
