Job summary

Sikich is seeking a Senior Quality Analyst to lead QA for complex InsurTech initiatives in the United States. You will translate business and technical requirements into comprehensive test strategies for policy, billing, and claims systems, ensuring end-to-end testing and data integrity.

The role requires 5+ years of QA experience in property and casualty insurance, hands-on testing, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams toward measurable quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years QA or software testing experience, with significant experience in property and casualty insurance.
• Advanced knowledge of insurance workflows across underwriting, policy servicing, billing, payments, and claims.
• Strong ability to develop test strategies, estimates, plans, traceability, scenarios, and executive-ready quality reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own test strategy, planning, estimation, traceability, entry and exit criteria, and quality reporting for complex, concurrent initiatives.
• Lead test readiness and risk reviews, mentor analysts, establish testing standards, and provide quality recommendations to leadership.
• Apply deep knowledge of P&C insurance workflows and validate business rules, data integrity, and financial impacts across policy, billing, and claims systems.
• Design and execute end-to-end scenarios spanning core systems, interfaces, services, batch processes, and data warehouses.
• Validate interface contracts, transformations, sequencing, reconciliation, error handling, and data consistency across integrated systems.
• Review requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria to identify gaps and testing needs and partner with stakeholders to refine scope.
