Job summary

Ascot Group is a leading specialty risk underwriting firm seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst. You will ensure quality of Insurance products through manual testing and automated scripts in a hybrid work environment, reporting to the AVP, Quality Assurance.

Responsibilities include test strategy, effort estimation, automation development, and CI/CD integration, with familiarity in Playwright, Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Cypress and API testing; strong QA foundation and detail orientation are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years’ QA/testing experience in financial services.
• 3+ years’ experience in Commercial/Specialty insurance.
• Experience with SDLCs and Agile methodologies.
• Strong functional testing background.
• Solid MS Office skills and communication ability.
• Experience with automation tools (Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress).
• Knowledge of scripting (Python/JavaScript) and programming (Java/C#).
• Experience with API testing (Postman, SoapUI).
