Job summary

Ampcus Inc. is seeking two experienced QA/Test Manager 3 professionals to lead QA for a large-scale EHR SaaS implementation in Austin, TX.

You will define QA strategy, manage end-to-end testing, validate data migration, coordinate vendor testing, and ensure a secure, compliant healthcare solution. The ideal candidate has 11+ years in healthcare application testing, ETL and data migration validation, SaaS platforms, and cross-functional collaboration with clinical and IT teams.

Qualifications

11+ years as QA/Test Lead or QA/Test Manager.
11+ years in data validation, data migration, ETL testing.
11+ years of experience leading functional testing across EHR platforms.
Strong experience validating clinical workflows, scheduling, orders, medication, documentation, billing.
Experience coordinating testing across multidisciplinary teams and vendors.
Proficiency with Azure DevOps, ALM, Jira.

Responsibilities

Lead QA strategy, planning, governance, and resource management for the EHR implementation.
Develop and maintain test strategies, plans, schedules, and QA governance docs.
Serve as primary QA lead for project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
Provide regular reporting on testing progress, quality metrics, risks, and defects.
Manage defect lifecycle including tracking, prioritization, resolution, retesting, and validation.
Lead validation of data migration from legacy EHR and ancillary systems.
Validate end-to-end workflows for clinicians, nurses, pharmacy, billing, and admin users.
Coordinate testing for system integrations, interfaces, and data feeds.
Ensure SaaS configuration changes and vendor releases are thoroughly tested.
