Job summary
Prominent is helping our client find a Manual Software Tester with QA leadership responsibilities. You will drive testing across agile and waterfall programs, coordinate onshore/offshore teams, and ensure quality for enterprise applications. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- 4–7 years of QA leadership and testing experience.
- Experience leading onshore/offshore testing teams and multiple portfolios.
Responsibilities
- Lead QA delivery across onshore/offshore teams and multiple portfolios.
- Define test strategies, plans, defect management, and automation.
- Execute test planning and automation for strategic programs with SDLC and Agile Scrum.
- Provide testing status, risk, and roadmap updates to senior executives.
- Mentor QA team on best practices and tooling.
- Ensure QA processes comply with regulations and release methodology.
- Track QA SLAs and metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct demos and walkthroughs with stakeholders and obtain approvals.
