• 5 years designing and implementing automated testing frameworks.
• Experience in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe methodologies.
• Strong programming skills in Java or similar languages.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering initiatives for enterprise applications.
• Establish comprehensive test strategies aligned with business and compliance needs.
• Define quality standards and release-readiness criteria.
• Advocate for quality-first practices across development teams.
• Architect and enhance automated testing frameworks for various testing types.
• Develop and maintain detailed test plans and documentation.
• Lead defect triage sessions and perform root cause analysis.

For our client, we are seeking a Senior QA/Automation Test Engineer to join the team of a leader in the Business Services space.

This role will lead quality engineering efforts for enterprise applications, with a focus on building reliable automated testing capabilities that support business performance and compliance needs. The ideal candidate will help define testing standards, strengthen release readiness, and promote a quality-first mindset across development teams. This position also partners closely with engineers and stakeholders to improve test coverage, accelerate delivery, and reduce defects.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $130,000 – $216,000 annually
