Job summary

Simarn Solutions is seeking a Functional Test Lead to drive QA initiatives across large-scale digital transformation programs. The role combines hands-on automation, performance, security, and accessibility testing with strong leadership to mentor onsite and offshore teams.

In this enterprise environment, you will own test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation, collaborating with Product Owners, DevOps, and development teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of QA/Testing experience.
• 5+ years leading QA teams in Agile/SAFe environments.
• Experience managing distributed onsite/offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QA activities across Agile/SAFe Program Increments (PIs).
• Own test strategy, planning, execution, defect management, and release validation.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Stakeholders, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Present quality metrics, release readiness reports, and Go/No-Go recommendations.
