Symbotic seeks a Senior Manager, Systems Test and Software Quality Assurance to lead a high-performing QA team within Software Engineering. You will shape the QA vision, establish verification standards, and drive compliance across software, hardware, and automation platforms.

You will architect realistic site simulations, embed AI-assisted tooling into CI/CD, and oversee end-to-end testing across microservices, APIs, and multi-system integrations.

Formación

• 12+ years of QA/test engineering with team leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience leading customer-facing System Integration Testing and realistic site-level simulations.
• Experience establishing operational KPIs and release readiness gates.
• Experience validating distributed systems, microservices, REST/gRPC, and asynchronous messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of senior system test and software quality engineers.
• Drive overarching software quality assurance vision and modern verification standards.
• Architect and oversee site-level customer simulation environments for benchmarking.
• Embed automated test frameworks, emulators, and AI-assisted tooling into CI/CD pipelines.
• Oversee end-to-end test programs across microservices, APIs, and multi-system integrations.
• Decompose system roadmaps into phased subsystem test plans and manage release readiness testing.
• Collaborate across Software Engineering, DevOps, and Site Operations to accelerate defect resolution.
