Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking a talented Full Stack Developer (Edifecs) for a remote role supporting the Veterans Affairs department. The position requires experience with EDIFECS, testing, and full stack development in a U.S. based remote environment.

Candidates should have 10+ years of professional experience, a public trust (MBI) clearance, and strong testing skills across SDLC, CI/CD, and DevOps practices. This is a W-2, full-time role with a nationwide remote scope.

Qualifikationen

• Experience delivering complex software with high quality
• Experience with manual and automated testing
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and DevOps practices
• Ability to translate business requirements into test cases
• Familiarity with EDIFECS Edits/X12 transactions (preferred)
• Security testing practices knowledge

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure systems meet requirements
• Develop test schedules and approaches
• Write test cases and data for scenarios
• Conduct walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Lead tests to ensure defect-free operation
• Verify work products using defined methods
• Document and communicate test results and status
• Support analysis and resolution of issues
• Provide direction within testing activities
• Create daily test metrics and reports
• Occasionally perform other IT system engineering tasks
• Mentor teammates and ensure quality standards
