EPAM Systems Inc. is seeking a strategic QA leader to shape game quality assurance for AAA/AA studios. You will architect custom QA solutions, drive presales engagements, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver with confidence.

You will own discovery, onboarding, automation strategies, and risk management across PC, Console, and Mobile titles, translating complex requirements into scalable QA delivery models for executive visibility.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in Game QA with leadership roles
• Presales experience in designing QA solutions
• Proficient in Unreal/Unity engine architectures
• Familiar with Perforce and Git workflows
• Knowledge of TRCs and Lotcheck requirements

Responsibilities

• Lead client pitches and draft SOWs for game QA
• Oversee discovery and onboarding for engagements
• Advise on automation, pipelines, and risk management
• Forecast staffing, SLAs, and delivery models
• Present QA readiness metrics to executives
• Identify growth opportunities for the practice
