Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field is required.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant manufacturing quality experience.
• ASQ certification is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead 6S events along with Kaizen and LEAN Enterprise activities.
• Develop supplier evaluation system to meet quality requirements and qualify new suppliers.
• Guide customer complaints with expedient problem resolution and failure analysis.
• Develop inspection staff systems for disposition of non-conforming material.
• Guide the development of Quality Control Plans and PPAP's for new products.
